Obama's Latest Move at Gun Grab Crosses the Border

Well if there IS one thing I can say about Obama its that he is tenacious. While American's stayed glued to their TV's over the course of the past week for the latest on the Boston bombings, America's least favorite ever commander-in-chief took moves to ban the importation on ammo, magazines and gun accessories in his latest bid to overturn the Second Amendment.

According to an article published by Freedom Outpost, United Nations General Assembly voted overwhelmingly on Tuesday to approve the Arms Trade Treaty which will essentially regulate global trade on conventional weapons.

There seems to be no end to Obama's plans to create a socialist utopia and the fundamental freedoms that we as Americans hold dear may soon be a thing of the past. Sadly and, in what should be a shock, of the 193 countries represented in the UN vote, only three nations, Iran, Syria and North Korea, voted against the treaty. Coincidence? I think not.

Terror in Boston

First let me start by saying that my heart goes out to all of those affected by the horrific attack that took place in Boston today. Whether the attacker was foreign born or domestic, the attack can only be construed as an act of terror.

That being said, it makes me sick that so many are already taking what happened today as an opportunity to spin this into a political issue.

Linda Ginsburg, a notorious left wing commentator was amongst the first to jump on the opportunity. "“I’ll bet good money it’s a right-wing nutjob. Today is April 15, Boston Harbor was where the original Tea Party took place and the on-going gun-safety legislation makes it the mostly likely culprit”Ginsburg wrote.

Regardless of what side of the fence you are on politically, now is not the time to spin these horrific events to the benefit of the left or the right.

Perhaps today is about just being human.

Till next time...

Watch What You Say...IRS Can Read Your Emails

Much like the rest of the current administration, the Internal Revenue Services believes it is above the constitution. According to documents released to the American Civil Liberties Union, the Internal Revenue Service claims it has the right to read through civilian emails without justification and without a warrant.

The agency claims that it has the right to side step the Fourth Amendment under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 which permits government agencies to obtain documents and communications without a warrant.

When pressed for justification for such acts, general counsel for the IRS Criminal Tax Division stated “the Fourth Amendment does not protect communications held in electronic storage, such as email messages stored on a server, because internet users do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy.”

Am I shocked? No. But what's next? The taxman searching my panty drawer? Won't find much there......Just sayin.

XOXO For Now...

Listen to What This Man Has to Say....There is No Tomorrow. We Must Act Now.

Where to Begin....

Well loves....Its been a while but I'm back. Between my role as Super Mom, full time financial goddess and writer I haven't had much time to chat. I think its time to change that. So much is going on in the world it makes it a bit difficult to decide where I should start. Oh wait! I know....How about that egotistical lunatic that sits in our current White House? Yes! That's it.

Never in my life have I seen such a maniacal socialist yield so much harm to so many in such a short period of time. I usually put on a pretty good act but...To be honest? For the first time in a really long time I'm scared. Not so much for myself, but for my kids and what is happening in the world that I brought them in to.

They say that those who don't learn from history are destined to repeat it. Never, I think, were those words more relevant than now. In this blog I intend to speak about a variety of topics from gun control to politics to crimes in the news and I feel it paramount to warn anyone who gets past this paragraph in advance....

There is no political correctness here. Don't expect it. Don't look for it. You will not find it. You can like what I say, love what I say, disagree with what I say or hate me for what I say, but the one thing you can count on is that whatever I say will be the truth. Fasten your seat belts. Its gonna be one hell of a ride.

 XOXO for now...
